Navigate with Ease: Shuttle Services and Conference Room Directions

Shuttle Service: Conference rooms are located at the back of the Expo Hall. During Expo hours on Tuesday and Wednesday, you can access classrooms by walking to the back of the hall. Outside of Expo Hall hours, there are shuttles available by the outdoor canopy that will run on a schedule:

  • Sunday, March 17 | 8:00am-5:30pm
  • Monday, March 18 | 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Tuesday, March 19 | 7:00am-12:00pm, 6:30pm-9:00pm
  • Wednesday, March 20 | 8:00am-12:00pm

Walking: During Expo hours on Tuesday and Wednesday, you can access classrooms by walking to the back of the hall. Outside of Expo Hall hours, there is a sidewalk on the North side of the South Hall building.

Important Note to Access Conference Rooms at the Las Vegas Convention Center (South Hall):

Conference rooms are located at the back of the Expo Hall. During Expo hours on Tuesday and Wednesday, you can access classrooms by walking to the back of the hall. Outside of Expo Hall hours, there are shuttles available by the outdoor canopy that will run on a schedule:

Bar & Restaurant Expo

Parking, Ride Share, and Monorail

Parking at the Las Vegas Convention Center:

  • Exhibitors and Expo Hall only attendees - Recommended parking lots are Silver 2, or Bronze 1
  • Tea Guru/ Conference attendees – Recommended Parking lot is Bronze 2
  • Attendees of the Rare Teas or Tea & Chocolate sessions, Platinum lot will be available after 6pm on 3/19. Platinum will be closed to attendees all other times

Ride Share: Recommended pick up and drop off location, Bronze Lot West

Vegas Loop Hours:  Recommended station for Expo Hall only attendees is the Central Station. During Expo Hall Hours, the South Station can be used for entrance at the back of the exhibit hall. Recommended station for Tea Guru/ Conference attendees is the South Station.

  • 3/17 – 8:30AM – 7:30PM
  • 3/18 – 8:00AM – 6:30PM           
  • 3/19 – 7:15AM – 9:00PM
  • 3/20 – 8:15AM – 5:30PM

Las Vegas Monorail: Directly connected to several Strip resort hotels as well as the Las Vegas Convention Center, trains arrive every few minutes at seven stations: MGM Grand Station, Horseshoe/Paris Las Vegas Station, Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station, Harrah’s/TheLINQ Station, Boingo Station at Las Vegas Convention Center, Westgate

Monorail Hours:

  • March 18: 7am – midnight
  • March 19: 7am – 2am
  • March 20: 7am – 2am
