Why did you postpone?
We have been monitoring this issue closely, and the impact of the Coronavirus has been worsening daily. It is clear that circumstances mandate a postponement of the event on the June 8-11 dates, and we will work with all of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers as we host the event October 15-18 at the Colorado Convention Center, Denver CO.
Why did you select October to reschedule?
As a result of the global impact of Coronavirus and the expected timeframe that this will continue, October was chosen to ensure the safety of all participants, and to give all attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and press, as much time as possible to reschedule their participation and ensure a successful event.
I am an exhibitor – do I retain the same exhibit space and/or sponsor package?
Is the hall layout the same?
The hall layout during the new dates will be almost identical to the existing layout and we expect minimal change.
Do I need to sign a new contract for the October 15-18 dates?
No – your existing contract is still valid for the same program you signed. Your sales rep will be in contact directly to discuss and to answer any questions
What happens to the orders I placed with GES?
All GES orders that have been placed will be moved to the new show dates, October 15-18 (Expo dates are 16th and 17th).
Will attendee registrations be transferred to the new dates?
Yes! All attendee registration passes are valid for the new dates, October 15-18 and will automatically be transferred over to the new dates.

What about my hotel booking?
We are working with OnPeak, the Official Housing company for the World Tea Conference + Expo to update the rooms blocks.
