Why did you cancel? 
World Tea Conference & Expo 2020 was forced to cancel the event as the Colorado Convention Center has declared no large-scale events can take place in the building for the rest of the year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  

World Tea Conference & Expo is scheduled to take place July 14-16, 2021 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO.

I am an exhibitor – what are my options? 

If you are an exhibitor from the USA or Canada, please contact Jamie Schroeder for further details at [email protected]. 

If you are an exhibitor from any country except USA or Canada, please contact Tim McLucas for further details at [email protected]. 

Will the hall layout be the same in 2021? 

Yes, we will have the same hall configuration in 2021 but with new and exciting show features to create enhanced customer engagement opportunities.  

What happens to the orders I placed with GES? 

All GES orders that have been placed will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded. A new GES order must be placed for the 2021 event and details will be available on the website soon.  

Will attendee registrations be transferred to the 2021 dates? 
Yes! All attendee registration passes are valid for the new dates, July 14-16 2021 and will automatically be transferred over to the new dates.

What about my hotel booking? 

We are working with OnPeak, the Official Housing company for the World Tea Expo & Conference to cancel the rooms blocks for 2020.
