Tin Do is the co-founder and CEO of Krak Boba, a national boba franchise that brings people together through bold, handcrafted elixirs, energetic spirit and flavorful experiences. As a graduate of the Bob Proctor Coaching Program at the Proctor Gallagher Institute, Tin started his career in investment banking operations before co-founding Krak Boba in 2018.
Today, Krak Boba has 28 locations nationwide and is rapidly expanding, having opened 14 new locations in 2024 alone. Since starting the brand, Tin’s leadership has landed the franchise features in Good Day LA, Beverage Industry, Nation’s Restaurant News and more. Headquartered in Southern California, Krak Boba stands for three pillars: courage, service and joy. Tin aspires to lead a life as vibrant and authentic as possible, a philosophy that deeply influences Krak Boba’s brand of unapologetic positivity and vitality. Recently named to Nation’s Restaurant News’ 100 Under 100 List, Krak Boba isn’t just an emerging boba franchise — it’s a revolution in the making.
Tin is also the father of three blessings, Tristan, Emily and Daisy, and has a beautiful wife, Van, who is also a part of the executive leadership team at Krak Boba. Aside from serving as CEO of Krak Boba, Tin enjoys expanding his knowledge on productivity, business, spirituality, consciousness, love and parenting.
