Jeremy Bess is a Consultant at Revenue Management Solutions (RMS), an authority on menu pricing and restaurant management. RMS’ pricing methodology is proven to optimize profit at the restaurant level and increase revenue without eroding traffic, transactions or consumer value perception. Bess works with a team of associates serving clients throughout North America in the areas of analytics for pricing and promotions. In 2016 he was published in Nation’s Restaurant News for his insights on how restaurant owners can mitigate a sweetened beverage tax. Jeremy graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of Tampa Sykes College of Business in 2013. Although he doesn’t consider himself a tea expert, he has the fortunate situation of living with his girlfriend, Brooke, who has managed a tea shop based out of Tampa for over 5 years. He rarely goes a single day without having a cuppa made to perfection. Originally from Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, he now lives in Tampa, Florida.
