Greg Lui is regarded as one of North America's most celebrated, award winning tea specialist.
He is a pioneer of the organic whole leaf tea movement in the coffee bar and specialty natural
food store scene in North America. He began his tea revolution 16 years ago after resigning at
Starbucks world headquarters (SCC). Today he resides at Garden To Cup Organics as VP
Product Development and Marketing where he orchestrates the entire supply chain from direct
buying to blending to marketing and distribution. Lui holds a Master’s degree in Marketing with
Northwestern University and was certified in tea by the People’s Republic of China and the International
Tea Masters Association.
