Nicole began her career unexpectedly serving as an “online problem solver” to multiple business acquaintances who sought her assistance in managing their company’s online presence. Since then, Nicole has successfully utilized her BA in Communications and Psychology to accumulate over 14 years’ experience in project management, marketing, social media, content curation, organizational and talent development. She finds success in locating the heartbeat of a digital audience and captivating them with authentic and timely content. Her passion lies in developing and executing campaigns that focus on building relationships with users through strategically curated material. She not only breathes life into a brands story, but does so in a way that connects with the audience, brings about user happiness and generates an impulse to act. Along the way, Nicole has paired her love of social media with her passion of tea and serves as the CCO to Teasters Tea Company. She is a WTA Certified Tea Professional and plans to graduate their Sommelier program this June. If she gets a spare minute (rare but possible), Nicole enjoys remote snorkeling, salsa dancing with her husband, and volunteering with various charitable foundations.
