“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food,” advocated Hippocrates 2,000 years ago. Diet is a key aspect of a comprehensive approach to good health. Tea ranks higher than most fruits and vegetables in antioxidant potential and Vitamin C and K content, and provides more antioxidants than any other plant-based substance in the human diet. Herbs have an even more ancient presence in culinary and therapeutic cultures around the world.
All participants will receive a booklet of twelve gourmet recipes, each one targeting a different functional concern.
