It’s time to take your cupping practice from classroom theory to your daily working tea life, in this deep dive advanced level workshop. Using exercises from common real life scenarios (ex: crop quality, availability, price), you’ll experience how sharply honed cupping skills are a lifeline for your business. Learn effective ways to identify potential problems ahead of impact, how to improve (or launch!) your quality assurance and quality control programs, and how better vocabulary and communication will improve your supplier relationships. This is not a workshop about tea processing knowledge – This is a workshop that will show you how to ask better questions, utilize what you already know, and strengthen your supply chain partnerships. Basic level cupping and tasting skills are essential.
