Owner, The Teacup

Elisabeth Knottingham owns The Teacup in Seattle, which distinguishes itself as one of the busiest loose leaf tea stores in the country, and has been serving the tea needs of the Northwest for 20 years. The Teacup not only sells tons of loose tea to customers every year, they also serve tea to hundreds of people 7 days a week, run a busy tea website, and are considered a premier source for tea education.  Running a busy shop that as well as a full service website requires not only a well trained staff, but a constant sense of humor and a love of organization.  Before her life in tea Elisabeth was a published author and sought after speaker in the world of computers, but she has to admit there is nothing she loves more than talking about tea, and is blessed to get to help others achieve their dreams.
