Kristen Schneider is the president and founder of Keria Teas, LLC, in Austin, Texas. With experience running a brick-and-mortar tea room, as well as launching an internet tea business, Kristen enjoys sharing tips on the legal aspects of running a business in the United States. Kristen holds a law degree from the University of Texas, School of Law, where her specialties included products liability and medical malpractice. As a Senior Adjunct Professor, she taught legal classes for 13 years before retiring to open Keria Teas. Kristen is a published author, and a frequent speaker on tea, and is currently working on completing Level Three of the Tea Certification offered by Specialty Tea Institute.
