A Step Toward Caffeine and Antioxidant Clarity 

Sunday, June 3, 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.

In 2011 the CAMELLIA SINENSIS team collaborated with TransBIOTech, in an extensive $25,000+ laboratory series to study the levels of antioxidants and caffeine in a large diversity of premium teas. Testing was based on regular cup content in the context of daily consumption. Kevin talks us through the very surprising results.
