Exhibitors are often burdened with hidden costs such as material handling (drayage charges), plus the costs to build and design a booth, staff travel and entertainment, etc. Well, we actually took the time to listen to our customers and have a better solution that would be hard to find at any other major tradeshow in North America.

Yes, that is right!  Most shows push additional costs onto exhibitors through high fees for material handling from the dock to your booth and back to the dock.  Often this is the biggest complaint from exhibitors, but few shows listen.

Well we did.  And through reducing your costs, we can increase your ROI even more.

Built-in Marketing

Your success is our success.  All exhibitors can submit new products that will be featured on our website leading up to and post show, include product in our onsite New Products Showcase, and be included in our national newswire release featuring the new products to be shown at the Expo.

In addition, you will receive a Virtual Press Office (VPO) listing through PR Newswire that can be access by thousands of media professionals.

You can further enhance your participation through a wide range of promotional opportunities design for specific objectives or through sponsorships to combine a robust mix of per, onsite, and post show promotion to elevate your company’s profile and brand.

Price Points for Every Budget

Standard Booths are priced per 10'x10' can be combined to create larger exhibit spaces.   Our standard booths are anything but standard with the great inclusions.  A 10’x10’ booth is $3200 and larger spaces are at $32.00 per sf.

Value Booths are located along the perimeters of the show floor and other than location, have the same features as the Standard Booths. These discounted booths can be viewed on the online floor plan inside the dashed lines and are available at a reduced rate of $2800 per 10’x10’.

10' x 5' Booths provide a lower cost solution for companies with small or limited product lines that do not require the larger standard space. 10’x5’ booths are $1750.  All 10' x 5' spaces include 8' high backwall, 3' high sidewall, 2 adjustable shelves, 6' draped table, 1 chair, wastebasket, header id, carpet and 2 exhibitor badges.

Bare Space option. If you have your own booth, select this option for a $300 discount per 10’x10 space. 10 x 5 Spaces cannot elect Bare Space.

Corner Option. Double your ‘real estate frontage’ by selecting corner booth for an additional $250 per corner.

20 ' x 20' Island Space. For larger exhibitors wanting to be free and clear from abutting booths can select island space starting at 20’x20’ and up to 20’x 50’.  20’x20’ islands are $11,000 and include your material handling but no booth package, carpet, or furnishings.

Private Meeting Rooms are available on the show floor and come furnished. Inquire for pricing and locations.

By design, World Tea Expo is co-located with our Healthy Beverage Expo event.  Both running parallel and with no wall separating the show floors.  In short, you are getting access to two buying markets for the price of one exhibition.
