What's included in every space rental:
Virtual Booth Online
- Includes your company name, contact information, phone number, description of services and hyperlink to your website.
- Maps your booth location on the show floor.
- Exposes your company to over 1,000 unique visits per week.
- Allows buyers to flag you in their WTE itinerary and add you as a favorite.
New Product Showcase - Online & Physical Display Space
- Each year we publish a new product showcase online for exhibitors that includes 2 new products/ lines' images, descriptions, company name and booth location.
- All new products are automatically entered into the New Products Awards competition.
- Categories include packaging, innovation, tea ware, baked goods, tea as an ingredient, publication, accessory and open class.
- All New Product Awards are announced before the Expo opens so that each winner can capitalize on the pre-show pr and marketing.
- Show site each exhibitor is given 12" x 12" worth of glass shelf space in the new product showcase that helps direct buyers to your booth.
- Company name and booth number are included next to display.
Show Guide Promotion
- Describe your company's services and products with a 75 word description published in the Show Guide. Also includes your contact information and booth number.
- Add your logo to your listing to capture reader attention by simply adding our logo to your web site.
Press
- World Tea Expo is the tea resource for media. As long as you keep us updated about your news, we'll refer your company and product launches to key media.
All the above services remain effective for thirty days post show. Re-signed exhibitors take advantage of the services year round.

Additional Booth Options
Bare Space- A $300 bare space credit may be taken for each 10' x 10' space if exhibitor has their own display. World Tea Expo is a hardwall booth show. No pipe and drape booths allowed. Exhibitors must have a display in their exhibit space. Carpet is included. Header ID is Not Included.
20' x 20' Island- Custom designed exhibits can be developed by show management at significantly reduced costs. Islands come completely bare. Choose 4 booths from the floor plan to create your perfect location.
10' x 5' Half Booth- Includes all the amenities of a standard booth above but with 10' frontage, 5' depth and 2 Exhibitor Badges.
Private Meeting Rooms- Enclosed spaces. Carpet and conference furniture are included. Food and Beverage must be ordered separately.
