Important information:
- WTE is a trade event. Any exhibitors that will be selling merchandise “cash & carry” at the WTE must notify show management in writing at least 60 days prior to the event.
- Shipping and ancillary costs (including but not limited to drayage, electrical, additional furniture, phone lines, etc.) are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- Booth space is assigned based on seniority for past exhibitors and date of receipt of contract for new exhibitors.
- Minors are not allowed on the show floor during set-up, breakdown or show hours
