President, Holton & Heath Limited

Robert, along with his wife Diane, owned Carolina Coffee and Tea in Greensboro, North Carolina. Robert has trained retail employees with such companies as Office Deport, Manpower Inc, Church Impressions, and Image Logistics Corporation. He has trained retail associates in all parts of the United States and in five foreign counties. Buying an existing coffee shop in 2002, his business plan called for increasing the tea and gift sales. When purchased, the shop had a selection of approximately 8 teas and mostly coffee related gift items. By expanding the shop’s tea selection to over 80 teas and adding a wide selection of tea and coffee accessories, he was able to increase sales 49% by increasing the customer base and the average sale. Robert since sold the shop and is now President of Holton & Heath Limited a consulting firm for small businesses.
