  After retiring from a 23 year career as a regional director of food service for large corporations, Joy pursued her passion for tea. She founded Mootz Run, Ltd., a tea shop in Central, Ohio, www.petaliteas.com, an online shop for tea lifestyle products, Petali Teas Wholesale and Tea Design (www.teadesign.biz), a home party business, which was featured in Tea Time Magazine. Joy is a graduate of Northwood University, Midland, Michigan. Her background includes interior design, hospitality and business management and culinary arts. Joy has drawn inspiration from travels to Asia, Europe and South America and has been enriched by many cultures. Joy conducts food and tea related workshops for organizations, colleges and Faire la Cuisine cooking school.
