  2. Manage and forecast your cash flow and capital requirements.
  3. Understand the issues surrounding funding. Internal vs. external sources.
  4. Set objectives and strategies and develop an action plan.
  5. Identify resources available and the issues and opportunities surrounding them.

  John C. Kramer and his wife, Rosemarie, own and operate Miss Rosemarie's Special Teas Salon and Shoppe, in Birmingham, Alabama. John graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and graduated from Michigan State University with a Masters in Business Administration. John has worked with large public and small independent companies from the Auto industry to GE Capital, in the United States and internationally. Having run his own successful consulting practice over the last few years, he has gained valuable experience in all business operating practices. He has worked with many smaller entrepreneurial companies to help manage train and improve their operations and to guide their growth.
