FOCUSED TASTING – China
Speaker: Philip H. Parda, Founder/President, Zhong Guo Cha/Middle Kingdom Tea

Experience the “Ten Famous Teas of China”. You asked, and we will deliver! During and after the presentation, there were numerous enthusiastic requests by attendees to actually taste and experience the “Ten Famous Teas of China”. You will experience, taste, and learn about a number of the renowned regional teas that have gained national recognition in China and have consistently had the honor of being named to the list of “The Ten Famous Teas of China”.

  1. Identify the names of the teas that have become the Ten Famous Teas of China.
  2. Recognize where they come from.
  3. Understand what qualities they have in common.
  4. Identify the characteristics that are distinctly different amongst them.
